Answer honestly. The statements come straight from what founders tell us in first conversations, and there are no wrong answers.

How to read your score

  • 0 to 5: your revenue engine has solid foundations. Confirm it is ready before your next growth move.
  • 6 to 12: specific leaks are costing you deals and predictability. The Leaky Bucket Revenue Performance Diagnostic finds exactly where.
  • 13 to 20: leaks run across pipeline, people, and decisions. Diagnosis first, then a system built through Commercial Foundation.

Frequently asked questions

How is the score calculated?

Each of the 10 statements is scored 0 for not true, 1 for sometimes true, and 2 for very true, for a total between 0 and 20. Higher scores mean more places where revenue is likely leaking.

Do I need to enter my email to see my results?

No. Your results appear on the page immediately, and nothing you select is stored or sent anywhere.

What should I do with my results?

Use them to start a conversation. A Revenue Strategy Call with Adam Rojas walks through your score and what is behind it, and whether the Leaky Bucket Revenue Performance Diagnostic or the Revenue Readiness Audit is the right next step.
